What counts as an active client?
An active client is any client you have switched on in Bliss HQ on your billing date. Leads and prospects in your pipeline are free, and you can switch a client off when you stop working with them — seasonal clients only cost you in the months they're on.
How does the free trial work?
You get every feature free for 30 days, with no card. A setup guide walks you through branding, team, QuickBooks or Xero and your first clients. Add a payment method any time before the trial ends to keep going.
What happens to Founding Firm pricing later?
Nothing — that's the point. When list prices rise, founding firms keep their rates for every client for as long as the subscription is active. If you cancel and come back after [60] days, you rejoin at the list price at that time.
Why not charge per user like everyone else?
Because your revenue comes from clients, not seats. Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring, for part-time staff and for giving a junior access. With Bliss HQ, your software cost grows with your revenue.
Is AI included?
Yes. Smart Review suggestions, Clean Up, report summaries, Ask the report and email polishing are all included, with generous monthly limits. No per-token billing.
Do our clients pay anything?
No. The client portal is part of your subscription. Clients who keep their books on Bliss Books, our general ledger, have their own subscription for that.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can manage your payment details and invoices yourself from the Billing page.
